MusicGacha is a free web-based entertainment application that allows users to collect virtual music cards through a gacha (randomized pack opening) mechanic. The Service provides music discovery through integration with third-party platforms.

3. Content Sources and Attribution

Music metadata used in MusicGacha is sourced from:

• MusicBrainz — Music metadata, licensed under CC0 (Public Domain). musicbrainz.org
• Last.fm — Listening statistics. last.fm
• Cover Art Archive — Album artwork. Copyright belongs to respective rights holders. coverartarchive.org

Album artwork displayed in MusicGacha is the property of respective copyright holders and is displayed for informational purposes in connection with the associated music.

4. Music Streaming

MusicGacha provides links to Spotify and YouTube for music playback. We do not host, stream, or distribute any music content. All music playback is handled through the respective platform's official embedded players or external links.

5. Disclaimer

• Music metadata (song names, artist information, release dates, etc.) may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information.
• MusicGacha is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
• Virtual cards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for real-world goods or currency.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal usage
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service
• Deliberately exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits on third-party APIs
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MusicGacha and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
